Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are divided into early and late categories.
Early cancellations are those that occur more than 24 hours before your appointment time.
There is no charge for early cancellations.
Please cancel via phone or text whenever possible.
Late cancellations occur within the 24 hour window (less than 24 hours) before your scheduled appointment time.
Late cancellations will be charged a cancellation fee at the next appointment.
50% of the treatment fee will be charged for less than 24hrs notice.
Last minute and missed appointments will be charged the full fee. As we won't be able to fill the space with short notice.

Please note: ACC will not reimburse Acupuncture Queenstown for missed appointments, so the full standard fee will be charged.
